Back Pay, Front Pay, and Labor Force Availability Studies
We study back and front pay losses involving allegations of lost salary, benefits,
retirement, and stock options. In our employment analyses we also help attorneys understand the plaintiff's future re-employment prospects. In these assessments, we study the plaintiff's knowledge, skills, and abilities to determine employer demand in the relevant job markets.
Our research addresses the unique damage issues that arise in employment lawsuits such as measuring the sufficiency of the plaintiff's job search efforts.
We provide clear, concise, plain English explanations of our work in our written reports and
when providing testimony. We have provided reports and testimony in hundreds of employment cases across the country. Our
economists have written and spoken widely on the calculation of economic damages in employment cases.

Thoughts
The possibility of re-employment makes the calculation of damages in employment discrimination cases uniquely different from damage calculations in other types of cases.
