Dr. Steward is the director of EmployStats and an expert in statistical and economic analysis of labor and employment related issues, wage and hour violation, injury and wrongful death allegations, and police racial profiling lawsuits. Dr. Steward has worked in over 300 cases, testifying in over 95 depositions and over 30 trials. He has conducted CLEs on employment, wage and hour, damages, and racial profiling related topics around the country. Additionally, Dr. Steward’s research on the statistical analysis of police racial profiling has received national attention.
